Lilypond in Debian Stretch

lilypond wasn't included in stretch, but has been backported

add

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian stretch-backports main

to /etc/apt/sources.list, and then

sudo apt update
sudo apt-get -t stretch-backports install lilypond
